Terms of service.

1. About the service

RHY Solutions LLC, operating as RHY Labs in Englewood, New Jersey, United States, provides Nexus Orbis and this website. These terms describe use of our app, service and website. You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement to use the service. Read these terms and our privacy policy before creating an account. Mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.

2. Your account and information

Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share sign-in codes or another person's account. You retain rights in the information you add. You permit us to store, process and transmit that information to provide, secure and support the service, as explained in our privacy policy. This does not give us ownership of your contacts or permission to use them for advertising.

Only add information you have a lawful right to keep. You are responsible for your use of other people's information. Your private contact records are not a public directory and are not shown to other users. Exported files and QR cards may be retained by the recipients you choose.

3. Permitted use

Use Nexus Orbis for lawful personal or business contact management. Do not harass, stalk, impersonate or harm people; store unlawful content; infringe others' rights; introduce malicious code; evade access controls; or access another user's records without permission. Do not scrape or enumerate accounts or use the service to build an unauthorized directory.

We may restrict accounts when necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Contact support if you believe a restriction was mistaken.

4. Free and Plus

Free includes a personal workspace and the Orbit map. Plus adds reminders, one business workspace and Links in Orbit. Pro is not offered in this launch. Planned features are not a promise of delivery.

On Android, Plus subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. The purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, taxes, billing period and any offer before you confirm. The US base prices are $9 monthly or $99 annually; the actual price shown by Google Play governs your purchase. There is no Google Play free-trial offer in this launch.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled under Google Play's purchase terms. Manage or cancel through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access through the paid period, subject to the store's terms and applicable law. Uninstalling Nexus Orbis or deleting its account does not cancel a store subscription.

For billing errors or refunds, use Google Play's purchase support and refund process or contact us for help. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights remain available. You can restore an eligible purchase through the app using the purchasing Google account. When Plus ends, saved records and existing business spaces are retained; paid features and creation of additional business spaces depend on the current plan.

5. Accuracy and availability

Business-card recognition and suggested connections can be wrong. Review extracted details before saving and verify important information yourself. A shared company or other suggested connection does not establish that two people know each other. Automatic support suggestions may also be inaccurate; suggested repairs run only when you choose them.

We work to provide a reliable service, but interruptions and errors can occur. Export information you need to preserve independently. Features may change; where a change affects a paid service or requires notice or consent, applicable consumer rights and store requirements continue to apply.

6. Intellectual property

The original app software, website content, artwork and branding belong to RHY Solutions LLC or their licensors. We permit you to use the app for its intended purposes, subject to these terms and applicable store licences. This does not transfer ownership or permit resale of our branding or materials. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licences, available in the app's acknowledgements.

You may link to our public pages and make uses permitted by law. For brand permissions, contact hello@rhysolutions.com. You retain rights in original feedback you send; we may use it to respond and improve the service.

7. Privacy, deletion and external services

Our privacy policy explains processing and service providers. These terms do not replace device permission prompts or consent required for optional data access. Public member profiles and Enrich are not enabled at launch.

You can delete your account in the app or request help without the app using our deletion page. Account deletion removes the active account and associated application records; the privacy policy describes records that may need to remain. Export anything you want to keep first.

App stores, payment services, maps apps and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. For an iOS version distributed under Apple's standard licence, that licence applies to use of the iOS app; Apple does not provide Nexus Orbis support. This page does not announce iOS store availability.

8. Your legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive court venue.

We identify updates by the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required; publication of an update alone does not record your consent. Contact support to resolve a concern or request information about the terms that apply to you.
